OUR HISTORY
Our adventure begins in spring 2022, we have nurtured the slightly crazy dream of leaving everything behind to change our lives!
Our family project: Acquire a wine estate to live closer to nature and have an exciting job that changes with the seasons.
After several visits, it was obvious that Domaine de Brizé was made for us, it met all our criteria and more.
OUR OBJECTIVES
- Conversion of the estate to organic farming
- Renovate the former harvesters' dormitory into offices, a tasting room and a seminar room
- Transform existing facilities to have a more efficient production tool, allowing us to achieve a high level of requirement for the quality of our wines
- Relocation of the vat room and creation of a barrel cellar
- Restore the main building to make it our living space
